The Longevity Group - which includes the brand The Longevity Suite - inaugurates its first The Longevity SPA at Portrait Milano.

The Longevity Suite is the advanced Italian network of Biohacking & Anti-Aging City Clinics, also well-known across Europe, focused on enhancing health through integrated and personalized protocols that are highly effective and technologically advanced.

The Longevity Suite

In line with the values of The Longevity Suite brand and Portrait Milano that frames it, the new The Longevity SPA offers a holistic and multidisciplinary approach that combines medical expertise in the anti-aging sector with treatments that go beyond the ordinary. These treatments are skillfully crafted by combining traditional inspiration with a selection of the most advanced beauty, rebalancing, and rejuvenation treatments. The Longevity SPA aims at being the first metropolitan SPA born from the fusion of high-tech biohacking techniques and the holistic vision of the Blue Zones, the five regions of the world where longevity is an integral part of the inhabitants’ lifestyle as an effect of their synergy with nature, community, and the adoption of conscious wellness choices.

This new wellness concept represents the ultimate expression of the brand’s forward-thinking approach and, for the first time, includes not only dedicated treatment and ritual cabins but also a monumental pool, Turkish bath, sauna, relaxation area, and a gym created in collaboration with Technogym.

“The longevity industry is proving to be the largest and most potential market of this decade: even luxury hospitality is experiencing its positive trend, making it even more crucial to be able to meet guests’ needs with a tailor-made offer that focuses on a form of wellness that enhances our physical and mental conditions. The true uniqueness of The Longevity SPA lies in the combination of high-tech and natural approach, medical sciences and holistic philosophies, innovation, and tradition” says Luigi Caterino, co-founder and CEO of Longevity S.p.A. “Just as in our City Clinics and in our project The Longevity Kitchen, also for our SPA concept, biohacking is the starting point of our considerations: not just a trend, but a set of techniques necessary to counteract the new issues caused by modern lifestyles. We need to lay the foundations for living as long as possible, to the best of our abilities, in a happy and conscious way.”

The Longevity Suite 02An oasis of serenity in Milan's fashion district within the prestigious setting of the former Archbishop’s Seminary square, dating back to the 16th century and now Portrait Milano, hotel and new lifestyle hub. This is the special location of The Longevity SPA and its 700 sqm / 7,500 sqf, placed in the medieval west wing of the complex, on the basement level. Its immersive space, services and treatments are accessible to both hotel guests and to the public.

The Longevity Spa

“Portrait Milano was conceived to revolutionize the traditional dynamics of hotellerie. During our selection of a wellness brand to be integrated into our project, we considered what could be antithetical to the typical hotel spa. The Longevity Suite brand perfectly embodies our vision thanks to its forward-thinking approach to individual wellness. It offers a comprehensive approach that starts from check-ups, continuing onto physical exercise, wellness treatments, cryotherapy, and extends to nutrition and supplementation; now it also incorporates a precious and new element for the brand: water, in its incredibly beautiful and dramatic monumental pool. The Longevity SPA is the first project of this kind. It will cater to both hotel guests, Milanese and visitors. In a place steeped in history, we have brought a brand infused with technology and research, aimed at enhancing everyone’s life with the best quality and expectations ever,” says Valeriano Antonioli, CEO of Lungarno Collection, which Portrait Milano is part of.

This common objective of creating guests' wellness also takes shape at Portrait Milano's 10_11 Restaurant. Its menu now features dishes with remarkable balance of fibers, proteins, and carbohydrates in every course, from appetizer to dessert, for lightness and easy digestibility, ideal for a good meal after a ritual at The Longevity SPA or before an afternoon of wellness.
