MATCHES ANNOUNCES A POP-UP IN DOHA, QATAR

Doha, Qatar – MATCHES, the leading online luxury destination, is set to bring the concept of its renowned London retail space, 5 Carlos Place, to Doha, Qatar, through an exclusive weeklong pop-up experience at M7, the design and innovation hub situated in the heart of Msheireb Downtown Doha.

Open from Sunday 22nd to Saturday 28th October 2023, between 12PM-9PM, the MATCHES retail concept will be open to the public and offer an array of experiences, including curated selections from established brands, new designer showcases, and exclusives from the latest Autumn/Winter '23 collections.

Throughout its residency, MATCHES will host a multitude of programming activations, events and private shopping consultations. Local and international visitors will be invited to experience some of MATCHES’ leading designers, with notable hosts including Roksanda, Erdem, Taller Marmo, Rohe and more.

The pop-up is running in parallel with the #QatarCreates cultural festival, as MATCHES is the global luxury retail partner for Fashion Trust Arabia since the inception of the program in 2019. This partnership is part of MATCHES’ commitment to champion emerging designers on a global level, offering the RTW, Accessories and Jewellery winners of the Fashion Trust Arabia Prize support and mentorship to achieve success in the fashion industry. Establishing itself as the landmark prize in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, Fashion Trust Arabia is a unique philanthropic initiative that focuses on scouting, funding, and supporting design talent across the region.

The pop-up will be open from Sunday 22nd – Saturday 28th October and will be located on the 2nd floor in Gallery 2 at M7, Doha, Qatar.
