Georges Hobeika READY-TO-WEAR SPRING 2025

CELEBRATING THIS MILESTONE WITH YOU!
Dearest Friends and Family,
Thank you for being an integral part of the Maison’s journey. Today, we are grateful to be able to celebrate a milestone in the brand’s history with you. Emerging from the heritage and roots of the brand, this collection is a
celebration of the contemporary femininity embodied in every creation we present. Our RTW Spring 2025 runway show marks an inaugural step that we hope you enjoy as we much as we do.

THEME OF THE RTW SPRING 2025 COLLECTION
This Spring 2025 Ready-to-Wear collection is inspired by the wild and exotic realm of crocodiles and snakes, embodying the duality of these creatures’ strength and adaptability in nature. These reptiles, with their primal energy, serve as powerful symbols of resilience. Their remarkable ability to blend into their surroundings highlights their mastery of adaptation—a testament to their survival through minimal evolution, and a reflection of life itself. Just as these creatures navigate their environments with vigilance and instinct, we, as humans, draw inspiration from our surroundings. We learn to adapt to different circumstances, shedding what no longer serves us. In this journey, we emerge transformed into new versions of ourselves, infused with beauty and self-love. The collection
celebrates this process of evolution, urging us to embrace our inner strength and adaptability as we navigate the complexities of life.

COUTURE TECHNIQUES SIMPLIFIED AND INTEGRATED
This sense of adaptability and evolution is also evident in the techniques used in the collection, as Couture savoir-faire is adapted to the requirements of Ready-to-Wear:
▪ The Maison’s trademark embroidery and thread-work pushes boundaries to create new textures and structures imbued with lightness, mimicking the elements of nature.
▪ Flowers in different shapes and forms take centre stage with 3D thread-embroidered Daisies, 3D metallic sequin flowers, acrylic flowers, 3D fabric flowers made from gabardine, linen, or crepe.
▪ The classic patterns of crocodile skin are reassembled piece by piece by hand across garments to create an extravagant feel.

▪ The flowers are meticulously hand-made and appear to be blossoming from the look itself with a texture-on-texture effect.
▪ The finest mesh is studded with glass beads and sewn to provide a jewel-like shimmer.
▪ Animal textures are created with fabric to add even more depth to the looks. For this intricate technique, each look is worked like a mosaic puzzle: different sized pieces of resin acrylic are placed to form snake, python and crocodile textures.
▪ Embroidered jewels inspired by necklaces, bracelets, and extravagant brooches include butterflies, flowers, leaves, and spiraling cashmere shapes, arranged in soft yet complex color combinations. Crystallized borders are padded to create the illusion of rich pieces of high jewellery.
▪ Flowers are also integrated into accessories: earrings are beautifully crystallized and chrome-coloured dangling bouquets of flowers, while shoes and bags are adorned with suede and fabric 3D flowers.
▪ Chains held together through careful hand-stitching create armored mesh, holding colored stones within.
