Neiman Marcus and Schiaparelli Celebrate Exclusive Beverly Hills Boutique Opening with Intimate Celebration

In honor of Schiaparelli’s recent boutique opening at Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills, Neiman Marcus toasted Creative Director, Daniel Roseberry at an intimate cocktail reception. Marking Daniel’s first Beverly Hills appearance with the integrated luxury retailer, the event celebrates the remarkable brand partnership between Neiman Marcus and the esteemed French Maison, bringing intimate access and a one-of-a-kind personal experience to the retailer’s top customers.

“From head to golden toe, Daniel’s leadership has brought extraordinary creativity, intellect, craftsmanship and modernization to the Maison,” said Lana Todorovich, Chief Merchandising Officer, Neiman Marcus. “Our new Los Angeles boutique provides customers premium access to one of the most exclusive brands in the world, and we are honored to host Daniel in celebration of this treasured partnership.”

The event was at the historic John Sowden House, the landmark estate designed by renowned architect Lloyd Wright. The venue was outfitted with surrealist touches including plinths with a replica of iconic Schiaparelli sculptures, a 10’ keyhole sculpture and assortment of women’s apparel and handbags. Guests enjoyed cocktails and light bites while listening to music by DJ Ben Brunnemer. Notable attendees included Daniel Roseberry, Jennifer Lopez, Demi Moore, Olivia Wilde, Regina King, Maya Rudolph, Natasha Lyonne, Gabrielle Union, and Joey King along with Neiman Marcus’ top customers, and Neiman Marcus executives Ryan Ross, President of Neiman Marcus, and Head of NMG Customer Insights, and Jodi Kahn, Vice President of Luxury Fashion, Neiman Marcus.

This summer, Neiman Marcus opened an exclusive Schiaparelli boutique in their Beverly Hills store, expanding the Neiman Marcus Group’s U.S. exclusive with the brand. This permanent location is Schiaparelli’s first West Coast location in the U.S. and is in addition to their dedicated presence at Neiman Marcus’ flagship in Downtown Dallas and Bergdorf Goodman in New York City. The second-floor shop embodies the Schiaparelli aesthetic with surrealist and whimsical details. Evoking the iconic Place Vendôme atelier, the boutique is outfitted with a wide selection of ready-to-wear, evening wear, handbags, leather goods, jewelry, and accessories. In support of NMG’s integrated retail model, customers can also shop Schiaparelli remotely through their sales associate.

The long-standing partnership between Neiman Marcus and Schiaparelli dates to 1940 when Maison founder Elsa Schiaparelli won one of the first Neiman Marcus Awards for Distinguished Service in the Field of Fashion for her significant influence on the industry.
