June 2023: Showcasing the beauty of Arabia and exquisitely marrying the past with the future, fine jewellery brand Al Zain has launched its latest collection, ‘Mushabbak Trends’. The new collection embodies everyday luxury, featuring trendy pieces that are tasteful and timeless yet eye-catching and creative. Mushabbak is imbued with historical elements and heritage yet reinterpreted for the modern-day audience. 

Founded in the Kingdom of Bahrain in 1930, Al Zain is now one of the Middle East’s most prominent luxury jewellery retailers and is driven by a bold vision to re-introduce rich Arabian heritage to the GCC and a global audience. With the motto ‘Radiance Revived’, the new collection is the perfect reflection of this mission, featuring pieces that can be dressed up or dressed down. Mushabbak is aimed at a new, younger clientele, thanks to fresh visuals, pops of colour and frivolous summer-inspired aesthetic. 

Initially introduced as a single 21k gold bangle named ‘Mushabbak’ under the Treasures of Arabia collection, the dynamic new Mushabbak collection is a trendy and modern interpretation of this sell-out piece, developed and expanded into an entirely new collection with the same features. Bold and versatile pieces include a bangle inspired by Arabian Bedouin anklets (traditionally referred to as ‘Hiyul’), pendant and choker necklaces, stackable bangles and rings and earrings.

Mushabbak is laced with Arabian heritage and DNA yet full of vivacious contemporary spirit. Celebrating Gulf and Saudi culture, pieces are available in modern, everyday 18k yellow gold, alongside white gold, diamonds, cabochon emeralds, cabochon rubies and Hyceram details – a high polish enamel with a smooth, lacquered finish available in numerous colours.

All of Al Zain’s pieces are crafted in two state-of-the-art factories in the Kingdom of Bahrain by highly skilled designers and expert artisans. Al Zain is proudly Arabian and honours timeless quality and craftsmanship while modernising pieces for today’s global clients. Many of Al Zain’s artisans have been trained through generations of families, showcasing the brand’s emphasis on heritage.
