Chalhoub Group’s luxury loyalty programme, MUSE, launched in Bahrain in October following its great success in the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. The loyalty programme currently boasts over two million members, who earn points when they shop online or in-store with participating brands. Truly unique, MUSE reimagines the typical loyalty programme by placing emphasis on experiential rewards, allowing its members to redeem points in the form of transactions or experiences.

MUSE will be partnering with 10 brands across 14 stores in Bahrain, including premium fashion and beauty brands such as Kenzo, Ralph Lauren, Saks Fifth Avenue, and YSL Beauty. These brands expand MUSE’s existing rewards structure at over 50 brands and over 400 stores across the region.

Members will be able to collect MUSE Points when they shop online and in-store at participating brands. The Points can be redeemed on a range of amazing opportunities, such as shopping sprees with member-exclusive prices, and unique experiences that truly highlight MUSE’s emphasis on customer-centricity.

All MUSE members also receive complimentary services such as alterations, valet parking, home delivery and GCC shipping when they sign up to the programme. Each membership tier additionally comes with tailored benefits such as early access to seasonal sales, consultations with the MUSE Concierge, birthday bonuses, and a range of delightful experiences.

Members can collect and redeem MUSE Points at all participating brands and stores across Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, KSA, and Kuwait.
