CIPRIANI ANNOUNCES THE EXPANSION OF CIPRIANI DOLCI WITH A NEW OUTPOST

Cipriani has unveiled plans to expand its footprint within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by opening a new branch Cipriani Dolci square foot space.

With ninety-one years in the hospitality industry, the Cipriani brand is synonymous with outstanding service and cuisine. This Pasticceria is designed to offer a chic ambience and guarantee an upscale experience, where every table is a great table. Featuring the iconic nautical colors, a design that takes cues from the original Harry’s Bar in Venice, .

The success of our Cipriani Dolci concept, which debuted in Dubai in April 2021, exceeded our expectations and was received with a lot of enthusiasm. This prompted our decision to launch a second location within the UAE, as we keep serving loyal and new guests across the vibrant Emirate.” explains Giuseppe Cipriani, CEO.

Continuing to serve classics like the Bellini & Carpaccio, invented at Harry’s Bar in Venice, diners will also get to experience an expansive breakfast menu served from 10AM-3PM. Unique to Cipriani Dolci, the menu includes a selection of eggs and freshly baked goods paired with smoothies and juices. Guests can also opt for other Cipriani classics from the all-day dining menu including the Baked Tagliolini, Burratina “alla Mediterranea”, Eggplant "alla Parmigiana", Veal Piccatine, the famous Harry’s Tower, which is a selection of Italian savory treats that first appeared on Cipriani’s menu at Harry’s Bar, Truffle Pizza Tower, a three-tiered tower with Black Truffle Pizza, Margherita & Peperoni Pizza and freshly prepared Tramezzini, Pierini and Club Sandwiches.

A classic “vetrina” holds center stage, a distinct feature of the Pasticceria, displaying artisanal Italian pastry from the signature Bomboloni, Cannoli alla Siciliana, Baba' alla Crema to the worldwide Cipriani favorite Vanilla Meringue Cake.
