The 26-year-old Kuwaiti Chef, Faisal Al Nashmi, went to the University of Miami in Florida, the USA to chase his passion for food. He began working as a cook when he was only 23 years old. In November 2014, he opened Al Makan ST; the latest Street Style restaurant.

His courage and talent made him one of the first self-made chefs in Kuwait. Our interview with him today uncovers his exciting career and beautiful personality.
