The refined taverna embraces the holy month with Greek generosity and a delightful menu of special dishes

This Ramadan, GAIA welcomes all to embrace the spirit of the Holy Month with their beautiful a la carte menu, accompanied with a selection of specially curated Ramadan dishes. Encouraging friends, family and loved ones to come together and share gratitude, reflection, and joy, the refined Greek taverna serves an exquisite menu that captures the beauty and essence of Greece and pays tribute to the special time of year.

Available throughout the Holy Month, from 12pm daily, guests can enjoy GAIA’s encapsulating and renowned warm hospitality and indulge in humble dishes steeped in culinary customs. Dining guests breaking their fast, will be offered an assortment of delightful dates, followed by a nourishing and hearty Red Lentil Soup, served with chilli butter and homemade toasted bread.

The special Ramadan menu begins with a refreshing and wholesome Endive Salad - crunchy red apples enveloped with Graviera cheese and toasted silvered almonds, as well as a satisfying Mushroom Penirli – Grecian style bread topped with Kaseri Cheese, grilled oyster mushrooms and pickled chilli.

To follow, diners can opt for a flavoursome Morels Pasta, seasonal spring mushrooms, combined with fresh Petoura and a cream sauce, and Plevrotous Mushrooms, succulent gilled mushrooms, prepared in a rich truffle sauce & chicken jus. The Greek Mixed Grill features an array of succulent meats, including beef gyros, lamb cutlets & chicken skewers, all served with Pilafi rice and seasonal Mediterranean vegetables, whilst seafood lovers can rejoice with the sumptuous King Crab Stew, beautifully cooked with ripe cherry tomatoes, potatoes, and fragrant bay leaves.

Completing the meal on a sweet note, GAIA serves a choice of indulgent desserts, including a selection of rich and tempting Pistachio Halva Chocolates. Guests can also delight in Greece’s famed Ekmek Kataifi – enticing Kataifi pastry, with rich Chantilly & semolina cream, crowned with crushed pistachios.
