Milan, February 2022 - Maison Valentino, on the occasion of the Valentino Rendez-Vous collection launch, presents a special installation in selected stores, starting with the Via Montenapoleone boutique.

The collection campaign starring Zendaya is the key concept from which the display was developed, to create an immersive experience through the introduction of new elements.

The window display involves greater awareness and higher commitment. The production phases for the display window - from its design, to the choice of materials and visual merchandising setup - have a common purpose of reuse, reutilize and recovery.
A conscious concept has been integrated into the installation and display: window props with a timeless appeal involve the bag bar and transparent silhouettes of 100% recycled plexiglass, also found in most of the furnishings. Each one has a different dimension and characteristic, giving added value to the window display concept, which is renewed with a new contemporary creative vision for every collection. An increased awareness fosters a strong desire toward continuous research of new set-up concepts developed in innovative ways.

The interiors, on the other hand, amplify the looks of the campaign through a gallery of images that, completely envelopes the space, highlighting the change in perspective of the Valentino Rendez-Vous collection: fashion meets the street and becomes vibrant and real, merging with the unique and diverse identity of whoever wears it.

The plexiglass fixtures and furnishings continue to be the characterizing element of the installation. Innovative silhouettes emulate several poses of the portraits in the campaign, underlining the lightness of the garments.

Refined brass details and lightboxes illuminate and enhance the bags of the season: starting from the Valentino Garavani One Stud - a bag characterized by the 4X4 stud with genderless appeal that has a powerful yet gentle personality - and leading to the reveal, in the upcoming weeks, of the Valentino Garavani Locò bag, an evolution of the iconic VLogo Signature, an expression of the festive, urban atmosphere that animates the Maison.

The Valentino Archive collection, a numbered edition of archive garments reissued for Valentino Rendez-Vous, is also presented with a technological approach through led walls that project images of the archive campaigns, depicting the history of the Maison.

A journey through space and time, it continues to re-signify the elements and codes of the Valentino aesthetic through the identity of new contemporary beauty.
