La Maison Ani Celebrates Ramadan

The French inspired brasserie welcomes guests to embrace the spirit of the Holy Month with a curated menu of special dishes

This Ramadan, La Maison Ani celebrates the Holy Month with a menu of special dishes that embody the true spirit of the occasion. Available from sunset, the menu has been thoughtfully curated by Chef Izu Ani and encourages all to come together, reflect and reconnect with compassion and love. Enriching the essence of Ramadan, guests can dine within the beauty of the terrace under the glimmering stars and sweeping uninterrupted views of Dubai Fountains for a magical & unique spectacle.

Guests are invited to break their fast with a fragrant and wholesome Lentil Soup, drizzled with chilli oil and warm, freshly baked French baguette. To follow, diners can indulge in a choice of nourishing appetizers including Prawn & Halloumi Salad, tossed with crisp baby gem lettuce and a tantalising lemon-honey dressing, as well as Akawi Cheese Tart, garnished with fresh zaatar and drizzled with tangy pomegranate molasses.

The stunning main courses include an indulgent and aromatic Saffron Risotto, adorned with juicy prawns and crisp parmesan cheese, and a Mixed Grill Platter, designed to be shared amongst friends, family and loved ones. Featuring succulent lamb cutlets, whole baby chicken, meatballs and tender beef & chicken skewers, the meat feast is accompanied with seasonal vegetables and perfectly blistered Padron peppers.

Completing the meal is a beautiful fresh and seasonal Fruit Platter, as well as a traditional Umm Ali to sweeten the palate. The rich and royal dessert, made with filo pastry, enveloped with dried fruit, scented with coconut, milk and sugar syrup ends the culinary journey on a sweet note.
